Privacy notice

This product-facing notice explains the information Sorting AI may receive when you browse, create an account, use a work pathway, or contact the operator. It is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice.

Publishing noteThe operator should confirm its legal entity, privacy contact, lawful bases, retention periods, user-rights process, and jurisdiction-specific wording before publishing this as a final legal notice.

Information we use

Depending on the route you use, the service may handle account details such as your username, email address, role selection, verification status, and security records.

If you use a signed-in work pathway, it may also display role, contract, message, payment, cash-out, referral, or audit information needed to operate that pathway.

Public browsing requests may include normal technical request data, such as an IP address and browser or device information, for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and request auditing where configured.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide account access, verify email addresses, support password recovery, present available work pathways, keep records consistent, protect restricted routes, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and meet obligations that apply to the operator.

Sharing and service providers

The operator may use hosting, email, database, security, analytics, or other service providers needed for configured features. A provider should receive only the information needed for its role, subject to the operator configuration and applicable requirements.

Use the form or field for its stated purpose and avoid entering sensitive information that the service does not request.

Your responsibilities

Keep account credentials private, use accurate contact information, and do not submit another person data without permission. If you believe an account or security record is incorrect, contact the operator through the support route it publishes.

Retention and requests

Records may be retained for account security, auditability, support, financial reconciliation, legal compliance, or dispute handling. Exact retention periods, deletion rules, and the process for rights requests must be set and published by the operator for the locations it serves.
